Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly skilled Communications & Social Media Manager to join our client's team on a project basis from April to September 2024, with the potential for extension.
The ideal candidate will be based in the German-speaking part of Switzerland, with native proficiency in German and fluent English.
With a minimum of 8 years of experience, the candidate must come from the healthcare / beauty sector and possess a strong background in social media management and communications.
The role requires meticulous attention to detail, a passion for beauty and design, as well as the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities : Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across various platforms.
Manage all social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring.
Organize and oversee the planning and execution of events, including seminars, workshops, and product launches, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery.
Create compelling and visually appealing content for event promotion, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of messaging and branding for events and related communications.
Monitor social media trends, analyze event performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize results.
Oversee the development of marketing collateral for events, including invitations, signage, and promotional materials.
Act as a liaison with vendors, venues, and other event partners to negotiate contracts and manage logistical arrangements.
Manage event budgets, track expenses, and provide regular reporting on ROI and effectiveness.
Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company at events, conferences, and media engagements.
Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and media outlets to amplify event reach and awareness.

Candidate Profile: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in social media management, communications, and event organization, preferably in the healthcare sector.
Native proficiency in German and fluent English, both written and verbal.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, event planning principles, and best practices.
Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Proven track record of driving engagement, growth, and conversion through social media initiatives and event activations.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
