Role and Responsibilities
Deine Aufgaben, Du…
- bist verantwortlich für das Beschaffungssystem für Samsung Schweiz und Samsung Österreich
- entwickelst, verwaltest, optimierst und setzt globale Beschaffungsrichtlinien/-prozesse um und stellst deren Einhaltung sicher
- fungierst als erste Anlaufstelle und Hauptansprechpartner für Anfragen zu allgemeinen Procurement relevanten Themen sowie zu den internen Beschaffungssystemen (für interne und externe Stakeholder)
- erstellst Beschaffungskonzepte, Präsentationen, Schulungsunterlagen für interne und externe Stakeholder um deren Knowhow der lokalen und global Beschaffungsrichtlinien sicherzustellen und stellst sicher, dass alle Dokumentationen und Procurement Policies auf dem aktuellsten Stand sind und entsprechend umgesetzt werden
- führst übergeordnete Ausschreibungen von Marketingaktivitäten von A-Z selbständig durch
- legst quantitative und qualitative Evaluationskriterien im Hinblick auf die Auswahl von Offerten zur Kostenanalyse / zum Kostenvergleich fest
- kümmerst dich auch um die Prüfung von Lieferantenauswahl, Einkaufsdokumenten und Angeboten inkl. deren Vergleich und Evaluation/Analyse
- begleitest diverse beschaffungsrelevante Vertragsprüfungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Rechtsabteilung
- erstellst und visualisierst bestimmte Reportings auf englisch für Management und HQ
- bearbeitest und unterstützt Anfragen innerhalb des Teams sowie von HQ- und Riskmanagement
Skills and Qualifications
Dein Profil, Du…
- verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium vorzugsweise im Bereich Einkauf
- bringst zusätzlich zu deiner Ausbildung mehrjährige (3+ Jahre) Berufserfahrung im Bereich indirekter Einkauf mit
- kennst dich im Einkaufsbereich Event-& Marketing aus
- verfügst über fundiertes Wissen für komplexe Ausschreibungen an Agenturen inkl. Dokumentenvergleich und -prüfung
- hast Erfahrungen in Projekt- / Prozessmanagement
- hast eine ausgeprägte „Hands-on Mentalität“, schnelle Auffassungsgabe, hinterfragst gerne den Status Quo und zählst analytisches und vernetztes Denken sowie eine selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise zu deinen Stärken
- überzeugst durch professionelles und souveränes Auftreten, sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Vertrauenswürdigkeit
- bringst sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse mit (insbesondere Excel und .ppt) sowie ein Flair für Systeme (SAP) und Zahlen
- hast Erfahrung für Einkaufsvertragsthemen
- hast sehr gute Deutsch -und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- bist eine engagierte, teamorientierte Persönlichkeit und behältst auch in hektischen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf
