Our mission: We safely power your flight.As a CNC Polymechaniker - Turn/Grind you will:Your tasksMechanically process engine and aircraft parts according to manufacturer and engineering documentationDocument work performed and ensure quality through independent checksApply Lean Six Sigma methods (Lean Events, 5S, Root Cause Analysis) to improve processes and safetyEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and operational requirementsWork precisely and autonomously using machine tools and precision measuring instrumentsInterpret blueprints and technical drawings accuratelyWork in a 2-shift systemYour ProfileCompleted apprenticeship as a Polymechanic EFZ, specializing in manufacturingAt least 5 years’ experience as a CNC Operator with knowledge of control system programmingSkilled in using machine tools and precision measuring instrumentsResponsible, reliable, and quality-focused work ethicAble to work independently with high precision and accountabilityStrong sense of safety, quality, performance, and cost awarenessGood English and German skillsWe offerWe offer an attractive position in a global and dynamic company.
