They oversee and offer expertise in communication concept development, content production, community engagement, public relations, and stakeholder networks.We are looking for a Professional Communications Specialist who is ready to help bring Adfinis Communications to the next level In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, contributing to clear, consistent, and engaging communication across all channels.TasksSteer operational communications and make strategic comms projects happenCraft internal and external communication campaigns that are tailored to our regional audiences yet ensure a consistent company narrativeCoordinate and produce high-quality content that gets noticedStreamline processes and deliver polished communication plansDrive social media strategies and craft engaging postsTackle press releases, build media buzz, and shape public perceptionPull off event projects with multiple stakeholdersRequirementsMust-Have Hard SkillsNative/near-native English and German language proficiency - You’ll need to expertly navigate international communication and confidently write, proofread, and refine texts; “quite good English” won’t cut it here, unfortunately. German skills should be around the C1 level or higher.At least three years of experience in a corporate communications roleCreating stunning visuals and videos that level up the company’s look – you have experience cutting videos or creating simple visuals, but also know how to coordinate design requests with external agenciesWriting high-stakes content (like speeches, press releases, social media posts, and articles) that hits the right toneManaging projects with multiple stakeholders – keeping timelines in check, setting priorities and sticking to them, managing risks, and having an eagle eye for inconsistenciesTurning audience insights and content metrics into meaningful conclusions and recommendationsMust-Have Soft SkillsSharing ideas effectively, adapting to your audience, and reading the roomSharing ideas effectively and transparently, adapting to your audience, and reading the roomBeing a hands-on team player, ready to collaborate with others and lend a hand when neededStriving for excellence and integrity, taking full responsibility for your work from conceptualization to delivery and reportingTackling tough problems, figuring out what works, coming up with smart and sustainable solutionsConnecting with key stakeholders, building rapport, and keeping them engagedBenefitsWe're remote-first with flexible working hours – whether working on-site or logging in from your couch, the choice is yours.
