OverviewTravelPerk is a global travel and expense management platform. Our billing platform is a strategic product area that enables finance teams to analyse and forecast travel spend, automate accounting, and trust financials. We are building an AI-powered invoice data extraction and partner-integrations capability to support international growth and give customers confidence in financial operations.We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the Billing product area, including vision, strategy, and execution for a mission-critical financial engine that shapes our commercial strategy and competitive advantage.What You’ll DoDig into insights: use data and user feedback to identify high-impact opportunities, share findings with the team, and translate them into actionable strategies.Share the vision: clearly communicate the rationale and方向 behind your product areas to keep the team aligned.Define strategies: develop clear plans for the right problems, explain why they matter, how you’ll solve them, and how success will be measured.Collaborate and execute: work with developers, designers, and other functions (e.g., Implementation, Sales Engineering, Account Managers) to deliver value incrementally.Be the go-to expert: provide answers, create training materials, and keep product documentation up to date.Empower your team: practice servant leadership, help the team stay focused, remove distractions, and foster creativity and collaboration.Level up the product function: continuously learn and share insights to help build a world-class product team.What You’ll NeedExperience: 7+ years in a tech company, with at least 5 years as a Product Manager. Experience on a Tax product is a strong plus. Bonus if you have experience in development, design, or business roles (not required).Finance and accounting: working knowledge of accounting reconciliation and finance operations.User experience: ability to craft intuitive, customer-facing products.SaaS/Business-to-Business: experience with B2B platforms and collaborating with finance stakeholders, especially in finance, tax, and compliance.Execution: ability to break complex projects into smaller, value-delivering steps.Cross-functional mindset: experience working with engineering, design, finance, and data teams.Problem-solving: ability to untangle challenges and develop data-backed plans.What We OfferCompetitive compensation including equityGenerous vacation policyHealth perks such as private healthcare or gym allowance depending on locationFlexible compensation plan to optimize net salaryTravelPerk events and travel opportunitiesMental health supportOpportunities for growthHow We WorkWe aim for an IRL-first culture: teams collaborate in person three days a week, with Customer Care roles potentially requiring up to five days in the office.
