About The Role We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the team and own the Billing product area. Billing is not just a back‑office function; it’s a strategic product area that directly impacts our ability to win in new markets and scale globally. Our platform enables finance teams to accurately analyse and forecast travel spend, streamline accounting, and trust their financials. The product manager will own the vision, strategy, and execution for a financial engine of our business, transforming complex challenges into a seamless, scalable, and intelligent billing platform. What You’ll Do Use data and user feedback to uncover the biggest opportunities for impact and turn findings into actionable strategies. Communicate the “why” and “where” of your product areas to inspire the team and align stakeholders. Define clear plans for tackling the right problems, explaining why they matter, how you’ll solve them, and how success will be measured. Collaborate with developers, designers, and cross‑functional teams (Implementation, Sales Engineering, Account Managers) to bring strategies to life and deliver value incrementally. Serve as the go‑to expert, providing answers, creating training materials, and ensuring product documentation is up‑to‑date. Lead with a servant‑leadership approach, helping the team stay focused, remove distractions, and foster creativity and collaboration. Continuously learn and share insights with colleagues to help build a world‑class product team. What You’ll Need At least 7 years in a tech company, with at least 5 years as a Product Manager. Experience with tax products is a strong plus. Working knowledge of accounting reconciliation and finance operations. Strong UX sense and experience creating intuitive customer‑facing products. Comfortable working on B2B platforms and collaborating with finance, tax, and compliance stakeholders. Execution mindset: break down complex projects into smaller steps that deliver value quickly. Cross‑functional mindset with experience working with engineering, design, finance, and data teams.
