The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring quality standards are met for various projects, including equipment and system validation. This position will have a focus on maintaining compliance with global processes and regulations.
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.
Responsibilities:
- Work with project teams to ensure quality standards are met.
- Support validation activities for equipment and systems.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve quality issues.
- Review and approve documents related to project validation.
- Promote compliance with data integrity and system validation requirements.
- Participate in developing training programs for the quality assurance team.
- Support evaluations of changes, deviations, and risk assessments.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Understanding of manufacturing and quality control processes.
- Familiarity with change control and risk management systems.
- Experience with Qualification and Validation.
- Strong communication skills in both French and English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of cGMPs and Swiss, EU, and FDA regulatory requirements.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in common office software.
