Job Description: (1) Head of Market

  • Lead the market expansion efforts of an established Swiss private bank, driving growth and acquisition strategies to increase market share and revenue.
  • Manage a team of relationship managers and advisors, leveraging your expertise to capture new business opportunities.
  • Onboard new business with existing/historical clients and future prospects.
  • Your mission will also consist of making calculated decisions and strategic planning aiming at the growth of an existing desk. You will have to increase the current overall AuMs by onboarding existing or historical relationships of yours, hire new bankers and augmenting the revenues of the desk.

Job Description: (2) Team of Private Bankers

Our client is looking to hire a team of Private Bankers that has been experiencing working together. A team that would bring a new dynamic in the group. You will come with your own micro-culture as an existing team whilst joining an existing desks of other professional individuals looking forward to working with you. You will be asked to :

  • Provide tailored wealth management solutions to clients from your market, leveraging the resources and expertise of an established Swiss private bank.
  • Onboard your existing/historical book of clients with you in this new challenge and help them to grow with you at their side.
  • Develop acquisition and expansion strategies to grow your book.

Candidate Profile:

  • Currently working for a Private Bank, External Asset Manager, or Multi-Family Office.
  • Proven track record of 10+ years in serving (Ultra) High Net Worth Families and Individuals
