Strong interest and curiosity in Artificial Intelligence. 2+ years of experience as an L1 or L2 IT support technician. 2+ years in IT support coordination or leadership roles. Entrepreneurial and self-driven, with excellent problem-solving capabilities. Strong communicator who thrives with customers, engineers, and execs alike. Fluent in English (spoken & written).
