ResponsibilitiesE2E responsibility for a continuous, fault‑free operation of the IT Service Management solution – operation, configuration and further implementation / optimisation.Auf- und Ausbau of the CMDB contained in the ITSM module.Teilprojektleitung and active participation in projects.Ensuring Hirslanden standards and close collaboration with key stakeholders across all divisions (Switzerland, South Africa and Middle East).Service Request handling (1st and 2nd Level Support) and documentation of incidents.Coordination with suppliers concerning development plans (technology roadmap).Automation of processes, creation of interfaces, instruction and training of users. QualificationsLehre as an informatician / applications development (EFZ) or higher IT qualification.Experience in the set‑up / operation of an IT Service Management solution.Quick grasping ability, analytical and conceptual thinking.Solid general IT and ITIL knowledge.Good German and English; French knowledge a great advantage.
