Finance Transformation Manager (SAP) vacancy for our client in the Telecommunication sector. Your tasks: Lead and manage end-to-end finance transformation projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery. Analyse current financial processes to identify inefficiencies and design optimized future-state processes. Act as the primary liaison between the Finance function and other business units, ensuring clear communication. Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of new processes and systems. Conduct training sessions for finance users on new processes and systems. Your experience/knowledge: Proven experience in project management using methodologies such as Waterfall or Agile. Deep knowledge of finance operating models and core finance/accounting principles. Experience with Financial Systems including SAP S/4 and Financial Planning and Analytics systems. Language skills: English Your soft skills: Strong analytical problem-solving skills. Excellent stakeholder management abilities. Effective communication and training skills.
