Ihr Aufgabengebiet

  1. Sie definieren die Planungsmodelle unserer Segmente in Bezug auf die Gestaltung der Geschäftsprozesse, Rollen und Verantwortlichkeiten sowie die Abbildung der technologischen Prozesse.
  2. Mit Ihrem Team analysieren Sie bestehende Planungsprozesse im SAP IBP und zeigen Optimierungsmöglichkeiten in den entsprechenden Bereichen auf.
  3. Sie entscheiden und priorisieren, welche Optimierungen in welcher Priorität in Lenkungskreisen / Gremien eingelastet werden und entwickeln mit der IT die Roadmap inkl. Ressourcen/Kostenbedarf.
  4. Sie wirken bei der strategischen Weiterentwicklung unseres Planungssegments mit und fungieren als zentraler Kompetenzträger innerhalb der SAP IBP Organisation.

Ihre Qualifikationen

  1. Abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni/ETH, FH, HF) IT oder Wirtschaftsinformatik.
  2. Mindestens 5 Jahre Supply Chain Planning oder IT Kenntnisse.
  3. Praktische Erfahrung in den Bereichen Produktions-/ Beschaffungsplanung sowie IBP (Sales und Operations Planning).
  4. Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projekt-/Programmmanagement und managen Stakeholderinteressen auf Seiten IT und Business.
  5. Kenntnisse in SAP IBP, PP/DS S/4 HANA, Erfahrung mit KI-Lösungen sind von Vorteil.
  6. Gute Deutsch-, Französisch- und Englischkenntnisse.
