Your Role:
  1. Work on end-to-end Supply Chain Planning Digital Transformation Programs – from process template definition to implementation.
  2. Act as a Subject Matter Expert on SAP IBP capabilities, staying updated on new functionalities and industry trends.
  3. Responsible for overall project delivery throughout Design, Development, Testing, Training and Hypercare.
  4. Lead workshops with business to understand the business requirements, Solution Architecture and design efficient supply chain processes within SAP IBP.
  5. Lead the implementation, expertise level of configuration and customization of SAP IBP modules to meet business requirements.
  6. Conduct Unit Acceptance Testing, Integration Testing and Test Cases Automation.
  7. Provide key user training and support to end-users on SAP IBP usage, best practices and troubleshooting techniques.
  8. Provide technical issues resolution, maintain knowledge management repository and test suite optimization post go-live.
  9. Collaborate with IT team and cross-functional teams to address technical issues and ensure the stability and uptime of SAP IBP system.
  10. Drive Integration initiatives between SAP IBP and other enterprise systems to streamline data flow.
  11. Work in a team independently in onsite/offshore model.
  12. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and understand business terminologies/processes.
Required:
  1. 10+ years of experience in supply chain planning projects with a focus on SAP IBP implementation.
  2. Minimum 4 life cycle implementation experience on any module of SAP IBP like Demand, Supply & Response, Inventory and S&OP.
  3. If worked on only on support of SAP IBP, then minimum 5 years of SAP IBP support experience.
  4. Proficiency in SAP IBP modules such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, S&OP, Control Tower.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Profound technical knowledge in solution designing, technical integration and development activities required for SAP IBP modules.
  7. Earlier experience on any module of SAP APO and integration methodologies is added advantage.
  8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to conduct workshops and training sessions.
  9. Willing to travel to client location for important workshops and training sessions.
Preferred:
  1. SAP Certification.
  2. German Language or French Language.
  3. Worked on multiple modules like IBP Demand, IBP Supply, Inventory Optimization, Demand Sensing and Control Tower.
