Das Unternehmen wurde 1992 in der Schweiz gegründet, wo es aktuell ca. 600 Mitarbeitende beschäftigt.

Die Position Head of HR DACH ist zurzeit vakant und wird interimistisch geführt.

Die Abteilung sowie das Unternehmen befinden sich aktuell in einem Change-Prozess. Digitalisierung sowie die Einführung einer offenen und modernen Führungskultur sind hier zwei beispielhafte Themen, die das Tätigkeitsfeld des zukünftigen Head of HR sehr prägen werden.

Gesucht wird eine führungserfahrene und dynamische Persönlichkeit, die fundiertes generalistisches HR-know-how gepaart mit strategischen Fähigkeiten mitbringt und die Abteilung in die Zukunft führt sowie die Geschäftsführung in dem Veränderungsprozess berät.

Die Neugestaltung der Prozesslandschaft sowie die Einführung von IT-Tools, welche die Grundlage für eine effiziente HR-Aktivität schaffen, werden die Anfangszeit des künftigen Head of HR sehr prägen.

Darüber hinaus hat der Stelleninhaber (m/w) die Möglichkeit, gemeinsam mit seinem rund 15-köpfigen Team alle wegweisenden HR-Themen wie Employer Branding, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits etc. einzuführen bzw. bestehende Themen auf ein state-of-the-art-Niveau zu bringen.

  • Arbeitsort ist Zürich; gelegentlich anfallenden Dienstreisen nach Österreich & Deutschland
  • Berichtslinie an den CEO
  • Die Position ist Teil der Geschäftsführung
  • Verantwortlich HR in der DACH Region
  • Der Head of HR CH, der gerade besetzt wird, ist ein direct report, die HR Länderverantwortlichen in AT und DE berichten den Geschäftsführer der Länder und haben eine dotted line zum Head of HR DACH
  • Die HR Abteilung in der Schweiz besteht aus folgenden Bereichen
    • Vertragsmanagement/ HR-Operations
    • Payroll
    • Recruiting/Sourcing
    • Aus- und Weiterbildung
  • In Österreich gibt es eine eigene HR-Leitung mit einem Team von 8 MA (Payroll hier ausgelagert)
  • In Deutschland befindet sich die Organisation noch im Aufbau, alle administrativen Angelegenheiten werden von einem externen Anbieter übernommen
Haupttätigkeiten
  • Fachliche und personelle Führung des Bereichs inklusive länderübergreifender Gesamtverantwortung
  • Koordination und Gesamtverantwortung für alle Dienstleistungen und Projekte im HR-Bereich
  • Vorbereitung, Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung der Personalstrategie in Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung
  • Definition und Vorantreiben von strategischen Personal-Themen
  • Evaluierung von bestehenden Tools und Instrumenten und ggf. Aktualisierung/Einführung neuer Methoden
  • Weiterentwicklung eines dienstleistungsorientierten, effizienten und modernen HRMs, inkl. Steuerung der Führungsprozesse sowie aller HR Life Cycle-Prozesse
  • Sparringspartner der Geschäftsleitung
  • Beratung und Coaching der Führungskräfte in sämtlichen Personalfragen, insbesondere in Veränderungsprozessen
  • Proaktive Einflussnahme auf die Unternehmenskultur und Förderung einer offenen und kooperativen Führungskultur
Fachliche Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium sowie relevante Weiterbildung im HR-Bereich
  • Mehrere Jahre Führungserfahrung im operativen und strategischen Human Resources
  • Ausgewiesene arbeitsrechtliche Kenntnisse (CH)
  • Nachweisbare Projektmanagement-Erfahrung
  • Auseinandersetzung mit modernen HR-Themen
  • Gute Informatik-Anwenderkenntnisse und hohe Affinität zu Digitalisierungsthemen im HR-Bereich
  • Freude am Wechsel zwischen der strategischen, konzeptionellen und operativen Personalarbeit
  • Ausgewiesene und erfolgreiche Tätigkeit in der Beratung und Betreuung von Vorgesetzten und Mitarbeitenden in verschiedenen Personalsystemen, Unternehmensstrukturen und Organisationen
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Change Management
  • Pragmatische, strukturierte sowie lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache sind Voraussetzung; Französischkenntnisse und Englischkenntnisse ebenso notwendig
