Job Title: Project Coordinator - Radioligand Therapy Strategy

Work Location: Basel

Duration: 6 months

Your main duties as a Project Coordinator will include:

  • Maintaining the Project Coordinator program's Confluence space with accurate and up to date data (project information, financials, gantt charts, roadmaps).
  • Preparing presentation materials for various audiences.
  • Organizing and facilitating decision meetings focused on input and decisions on priorities and ensuring appropriate preparation and agenda in advance.

Additional duties will include:

  • Organizing regular meetings with the active projects and opportunity investigations.
  • Assisting teams and individuals with review readiness.
  • Managing cross-organizational project teams to successful product delivery.

Your Background:

  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams along with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Must be able to handle several projects in parallel and follow through on expectations, with minimal supervision.
  • 5+ years of experience working in a high-paced global environment in an administrative or operational role supporting scientific or technical leaders and teams.
  • Proven capability interacting with managers and leaders in a complex services organization.
  • Understanding of executive stakeholder management and governance frameworks.
