How you will make an impact

  1. Digital Transformation: Develop and execute a digital transformation strategy for the SCM, aligning with the overall business objectives.
  2. Process Optimization: Identify and analyze pain points in existing SCM processes and propose digital solutions to streamline operations and increase effectiveness.
  3. Technology Implementation: Lead the implementation of Celonis within PUCH.
  4. Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to gain insights into supply chain performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  5. Change Management: Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new digital tools and processes.
  6. Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.

Your background

  1. You are an experienced procurement professional, with hands-on experience in operational procurement, preferably in the energy or engineering industry.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field or several years of experience in a similar role.
  3. Proven ability to lead teams sustainably through change in complex environments while maintaining a high-performance attitude.
  4. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  5. Excellent communication skills, empathy, and ability to work across multiple functions and cross-culturally, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Fluent in English and German.
  7. Excellent knowledge of SAP (preferably S4/Hana), MS Office.
