Job Title Quality Inspector Overview We are a world leading Engine MRO service provider, headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland, with over 90 years of operational experience. Responsibilities Perform technical inspection and assessment of aircraft engine assemblies (PW4000) on schedule and according to OEM specifications and engineering orders. Create repair orders for engines, modules, and piece parts. Check modifications carried out on individual parts and assemblies. Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Lean Events, 5S, Root Cause Analysis). Handle operating materials in an environmentally conscious manner. Work independently, act economically, and support a flowless quality process. Profile Completed apprenticeship as Polymechanic EFZ or equivalent mechanical qualification. Self‑motivated with a precise and accountable work approach. Strong team player with excellent communication skills. Resilient under pressure and adaptable to changing demands. Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus. Good German and English skills (B1 level or higher). Flexibility to work in a two‑shift system.
