Our mission: We safely power your flight.Position OverviewInspector in Quick Turn Services (Bad Zurzach)As an Inspector you will perform inspections on engines, engine modules and parts according to Manufacturer Manuals. You will create repair orders based on inspection findings, clarify with Engineering and/or Technical Support, and be trained to perform or support standard QTS engine jobs if required.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and reduce non‑value‑added activities, waste and any safety, environmental or health hazards.Apply 5S principles to maintain a clean working space.Complete daily engine tasks.Evaluate technical condition of engine parts according to valid manuals and regulations.Create Job Orders related to inspection results.Ensure all removed modules and parts are correctly tagged.Perform in‑process and final inspections.Pursue clarification with engineering in case of findings.Create Inspection Reports for Engineering/Customer to allocate the parts condition.Be willing to travel for field assistance support.Your ProfileTechnical education (4 years or equivalent).Experience in the technical industry.Experience in the aviation industry.Experience in an engine shop of at least 2 years.Good knowledge of MS Office.Autonomous and accurate working abilities.Fluent in English (written and spoken).We OfferWe offer an attractive position in a global and dynamic company.
