Responsibilities Leading and coordinating contract and claim management activities across the operations in Friedberg Identifying contract baselines and conducting risk assessments Reviewing, negotiating, and managing selected contracts and non-disclosure agreements in close collaboration with legal and business teams Drafting and managing legal correspondence with customers and suppliers Supporting the legal team in the resolution of disputes, claims, litigation, and arbitration Protecting the contractual position throughout the project lifecycle, including change and deviation management Ensuring compliance with the Code of Conduct as well as global and local contract management standards and tools Qualifications Degree in Law, Business Law, or a comparable field with a solid understanding of economic and contractual frameworks Proven Coach & L6S experience / certificate is essential Practical experience in contract and claim management, ideally in an industrial or project-driven environment Familiarity with contract law and risk assessment methodologies Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional and international teams Benefits Attractive pay according to the BAP / DGB collective agreement Good opportunities for takeover / employment at our client companies Attractive social benefits, such as vacation and Christmas bonuses Up to 30 days vacation per year Free work safety clothing and regular preventive medical checkups Use of the Randstad App (leave requests online, payroll viewable at any time and much more) #J-18808-Ljbffr
