Deine Verantwortung

  • Leitung der Konzern-Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung gemäss den internationalen Standards der Gruppe (ESRS, TCFD)
  • Leitung und Koordination der jährlichen Datenerhebung und Auswertung auf Gruppenstufe in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Markteinheiten und für die Schweiz
  • Berechnung der Treibhausgasbilanz der Gruppe und Erstellung entsprechender Reports
  • Sicherstellung der Compliance mit den gesetzlichen Vorgaben und Reportingstandards sowie lückenlose Dokumentation zwecks Auditierbarkeit
  • Betreuung der Rating-Prozesse (vor allem CDP) und Aufbereitung der erforderlichen Informationen und Daten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten internen und externen Stakeholdern

Deine Qualifikation

  • Studium in einem relevanten Fachgebiet (z.B. Umweltwissenschaften, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Kommunikation)
  • Erfahrung im Bereich der Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung, vorzugsweise in einem internationalen Umfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Treibhausgasbilanzierung und den gängigen Reportingstandards (ESRS, SASB, TCFD etc.)
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und Fähigkeit komplexe Prozesse effizient und termingerecht zu steuern
  • Freude an der cross-funktionalen Koordination mit allen relevanten Stellen und Bereitschaft sich auf unterschiedliche Bedürfnisse und Erwartungen einzustellen
  • Selbständige, zielorientierte und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise kombiniert mit hoher Einsatzbereitschaft und Belastbarkeit
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, gute Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil
