Sustainability Program Manager

**Your role and responsibilities**:
The Sustainability Manager will play a key role in driving the implementation of the ABB Sustainability agenda in the Electrification (EL) Business Area. The position will play a key role in shaping the Scope 3 GHG emission reduction within EL and for the Group, in close collaboration with stakeholders from the EL Divisions as well as other ABB Business Areas, the Corporate Sustainability team and Procurement. Reporting to the Sustainability Program Lead for the Electrification Business Area, you will be responsible for driving and coordinating our efforts to decarbonize our supply chain, and to lead strategic projects in the ABB Sustainability function. - Lead the Scope 3 Group reporting process in collaboration with key stakeholders from all Business Areas, including collection, modelling and analysis of various sustainability data from the organization to ensure accurate and timely reporting - Drive the EL Scope 3 reductions roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders from the EL Divisions, further developing future planning and support the EL Divisions in implementing strategic initiatives - Lead the implementation of sustainability projects relating to the ABB emissions roadmap, including implementation of tools and platforms for data collection - Ensure alignment of diverse range of stakeholders and drive development our Scope 3 reporting processes and systems Reporting to Sustainability Program Lead Preferred location:Europe

**Qualifications for the role**:

- Experienced professional with Master’s or higher degree in the field of Engineering, Business Administration or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant and demonstratable experience in sustainability and GHG emissions reporting, ideally with background in management consulting
- Ability to negotiate and align with senior stakeholders in the organization
- Self-driven, resilient and enthusiastic, tolerant of ambiguity and responding constructively to challenging ideas
