As a consultant, you will have to support our clients in the realization of their projects on site by bringing your expertise and your skills. As a Process Project Engineer, in this role, you will play a crucial part in the design, implementation, and optimization of complex processes within the Pharma and Chemical industries. Tasks Feasibility studies, Concept Design, Basic Design and Detailed Design for process equipment Process design: Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date P&IDs, PFDs and URS to ensure efficient and safe operations. Equipment Sizing: Conduct detailed calculations and simulations to determine the optimal size and capacity of process equipment. Supplier Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and oversee the procurement of necessary materials and equipment. Change Management: Proactively identify and implement process improvements, including supplier changes, to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Profile Engineering's degree in Pharma/Biotechnology or Chemical Engineering or a related field 5+ years of experience in process engineering within the Pharma or Chemical industry Strong understanding of process design principles, equipment sizing, and P&ID development Proven project management skills, including task allocation, progress tracking, and risk management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in relevant engineering software (e.g., HYSYS, Aspen Plus) Fluent in English and German Seniority Level Associate Employment Type Full-time Job Function Engineering, Project Management, and Science Industries Engineering Services, Chemical Manufacturing, and Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at agap2 Switzerland by 2x Get notified about new Process Project Engineer jobs in Basel, Switzerland. #J-18808-Ljbffr
