Warehouse & Production Operator (3M Contract) – SOPHiA GENETICS Overview Join our Supply Chain Team in Rolle, Switzerland. This is a 3‑month contract (ending Feb 28, 2026) with possibility of extension. You will be based in the warehouse and lab environment and work 5 days a week. Mission Our mission is to democratize data‑driven medicine. As a Warehouse & Production Operator, you will directly contribute to our AI‑powered SOPHiA DDM Platform, improving outcomes for cancer and rare disease patients worldwide. Responsibilities Manage inbound and outbound goods flow. Inspect stocks and report damaged products in structured systems. Record materials received in SOPHiA GENETICS ERP and use warehouse management systems. Prepare outgoing shipments and maintain shipment records. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the warehouse daily. Follow all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines. Launch production orders following make‑to‑stock and make‑to‑order strategies. Manage manufacturing processes in SOPHiA GENETICS ERP. Perform final product release. Apply and follow Medical Devices production standards (GxPs). Perform line clearance process. Requirements Direct experience in warehousing and logistics inventory coordination, purchasing or transport. Experience with Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical or similar scientific products; knowledge of GxPs is highly valuable. Comfortable using ERP software and Microsoft Office suite. Meticulous, highly organised and able to work at pace. Strong fluency in English (required). Benefits Comprehensive benefits package in line with local standards.
