Responsibilities You provide desktop infrastructure support to local and regional business partners You manage and support endpoint devices including desktops, laptops, and iOS devices You deliver hands-and-feet support for infrastructure teams and ensure proper escalation You assist with asset management and maintain accurate IT inventory You coordinate with vendors, internal departments, and senior management for effective service delivery You ensure compliance with internal Information Security Policies and GxP qualification standards You participate in local and regional IT project coordination You maintain documentation related to equipment disposal and ensure timely handling Qualifications For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences: 7 - 9 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure services, or desktop management Solid understanding of network configurations, IT systems, and common enterprise hardware/software Experience in working with senior stakeholders and end-user support Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills Familiar with data center environments and local project execution Fluency in English and good German skills required Strong organizational skills and ability to follow procedures and meet deadlines What We Offer Friendly working atmosphere in a great team, Great Place to Work certified Development opportunities within an international company Different benefits e.g. pension scheme, lunch allowance This role needs to be onsite in our Allschwil Office near Basel minimum 4 days per week Viatris is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
