YieldNest is a next-gen liquid restaking protocol built for those who don’t settle for basic. We strip away the complexity of restaking, delivering simple, risk-adjusted strategies that actually work.

The role:

At YieldNest, we're not looking for just any UI/UX Designer. This isn't just a job—it's a mission to simplify complex protocols into sleek, user-friendly interfaces. What you will be doing:
  1. User Research: Dive deep—know our users inside out. Create personas and prototypes that hit the mark.
  2. User-Centric Conceptualization: Crack complex design problems with simple, user-friendly solutions.
  3. Design and Prototyping: Build killer UX flows and wireframes that turn concepts into seamless experiences.
  4. Collaborative Development: Team up with product and engineering to push innovative designs that set us apart.
  5. Visual Design Execution: Own the visual journey—from concept to handoff, ensuring everything looks and feels top-notch.
  6. Design Standards: Set the bar high—create and enforce guidelines that keep our designs consistent and sharp.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. 4+ years crushing it in UI/UX design, with strong Web3 experience.
  2. Killer portfolio that shows off your skills and creative thinking in Web3.
  3. Hands-on experience in user research, sketching solutions, and wireframing.
  4. Mastery of design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with a knack for crafting engaging Web3 experiences.
  5. Problem-solver who can break down complex issues and turn them into user-centric, data-driven designs.
  6. Top-notch communicator who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
  7. Project juggler who can handle multiple tasks and adapt on the fly in the ever-shifting Web3 space.
  8. Self-starter with a get-it-done attitude, ready to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setup.
