YieldNest is a next-gen liquid restaking protocol built for those who don’t settle for basic. We strip away the complexity of restaking, delivering simple, risk-adjusted strategies that actually work.

Our mission? To create a seamless, one-stop platform where nLRT and LRT-based products bring in superior returns. We’re here to fuel an ever-growing, multi-sided restaking market, forging tight-knit relationships among restakers, node operators, and Actively Validated Services (AVS). **The role**:
At YieldNest, we're not looking for just any UI/UX Designer. This isn't just a job—it's a mission to simplify complex protocols into sleek, user-friendly interfaces. **What you will be doing**:

- ** User Research**: Dive deep—know our users inside out. Create personas and prototypes that hit the mark.
- ** User-Centric Conceptualization**: Crack complex design problems with simple, user-friendly solutions.
- ** Design and Prototyping**: Build killer UX flows and wireframes that turn concepts into seamless experiences.
- ** Collaborative Development**: Team up with product and engineering to push innovative designs that set us apart.
- ** Visual Design Execution**: Own the visual journey—from concept to handoff, ensuring everything looks and feels top-notch
- ** Design Standards**: Set the bar high—create and enforce guidelines that keep our designs consistent and sharp.
- ** 4+ years** crushing it in UI/UX design, with strong Web3 experience.
- ** Killer portfolio** that shows off your skills and creative thinking in Web3.
- ** Hands-on experience** in user research, sketching solutions, and wireframing.
- ** Mastery of design tools** like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with a knack for crafting engaging Web3 experiences.
