Overview The Eurofins BioPharma Services Network of Companies is a first-class biopharmaceutical outsourcing services partner (Contract Research Organization - CRO Contract Development & Manufacturing Organization - CDMO) working with pharmaceutical, chemical, biotechnology, medical device and cosmetic clients. The network covers the whole chain of drug development thanks to an international network of laboratories and testing units with global reach, uniform QA systems and high-quality services. Responsibilities Acquire and develop customers within Swiss (Bio)Pharma. Clarify required GMP services with customers and propose advice tailored to their needs. Independently prepare offers for testing of (bio)pharmaceutical products and raw materials. Plan and organize sales activities in the area to achieve high sales targets. Attend relevant conferences, trade fairs and workshops. Collaborate with partner laboratories within the international Eurofins network on various projects. Update and maintain the relevant IT systems, e.g. the customer database (CRM software). Qualifications You possess a scientific degree (Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology or related fields) combined with a minimum of 3 years of sales experience preferably for Pharma Testing services. GMP regulations knowledge would be a must to perform the job activities well. You have excellent communication and teamwork skills and use common IT applications (MS Office, CRM systems). Your spoken and written English is at an excellent level and you are willing to travel within Switzerland, approximately 40% of your working time.
