Du bist verantwortlich für die Geschäftsentwicklung unserer Aktivitäten in einem definierten Kundenbereich in der Deutschschweiz unter der Leitung des Abteilungsdirektors.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du identifizierst und eröffnest proaktiv neue Kunden: „Hunter“, du schaffst neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten, indem du neue Kunden akquirierst.
  • Du baust unseren Marktanteil bei bestehenden Kunden aus: „Farmer“.
  • Du vermarktest Angebote mit zunehmend komplexen Geschäftsmodellen (T+M, Fixed Price Projects, Offshore Outsourcing, Nischenexpertise), indem du ein lokales Netzwerk mit verschiedenen Ebenen von Ansprechpartnern in der deutschsprachigen Schweiz aufbaust.
  • In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Talent Acquisition Team wählst du die richtigen Profile aus und rekrutierst sie, um dein eigenes Beraterteam zusammenzustellen.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unseren verschiedenen Teams zusammen (Schweizweit aber auch in den anderen Ländern, in denen wir tätig sind).

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene höhere Ausbildung (HF, FH, ETH, Uni) in Wirtschaft oder Informatik.
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Vertrieb von hochqualitativen Lösungen für führende Unternehmen in den Bereichen Banken, Finanzen, Versicherungen, öffentlicher Sektor sowie IT, mit Fokus auf die Marktentwicklung in der Schweiz.
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Akquise und Entwicklung neuer Kundenkonten (Kaltakquise).
  • Sprachen: Deutsch (C2) und Englisch sind zwingend erforderlich.
  • Du bist ein exzellenter Verkäufer und vor allem ein guter Zuhörer, der die Bedürfnisse seiner Kunden versteht.
  • Du bringst viel Vertriebsenergie mit und hast den starken Willen, erfolgreich zu sein.
  • Du zeigst Eigeninitiative, bist flexibel und arbeitest eigenständig.
  • Du arbeitest gerne in einem interdisziplinären Team, das dir die notwendige Unterstützung für deinen Erfolg bietet.

Sie besitzen einen europäischen Reisepass.
