What will you be doing as Global Scientific Manager IBU Haematology?

  1. You are responsible for planning and execution of assigned clinical projects over the range of the portfolio.
  2. You are responsible for the medical content of global marketing materials and communication elements.
  3. You contribute to the international opinion leader communication and development.
  4. You contribute to congresses/symposia by strategy planning and content development and to international and local marketing activities.
  5. You are responsible for internal/external medical training.
  6. You contribute to clinical life science management projects and to new product development projects.

Who are you?

  1. You have a PhD in scientific discipline/clinical/MD/MBBS/PharmD.
  2. You have previous 3-5 years of local or regional working experience in a related function and want to develop into a global responsibility; prior experience in Haematology is an advantage.
  3. You have been working on successful projects in market launch, medical communication, key opinion leader management, clinical initiatives, medical marketing, and sales and marketing support.
  4. You are a hands-on person who knows how to convince and to motivate your internal and external teams.
  5. You are a strong team player, internationally oriented, with cultural awareness and sensitivity, willing to travel (approximately 25%).

The International Business Unit Department

  1. The International Business Unit department (IBU) is divided into three Business Units: IBU Haematology, IBU Critical Care, and IBU Immunotherapy.
  2. The overall responsibility of the IBU department is to ensure long-term strategic development by enabling intelligent business decisions.
  3. As Global Scientific Manager IBU Haematology, you are committed to create value for physicians and patients. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, implementation, and execution of post-marketing medical and clinical projects and services for the Haematology portfolio.
  4. You will collect customer insights and develop relevant projects addressing unmet medical needs, structure and execute medical training, and prepare education for external and internal audiences.
  5. You will maintain a diverse portfolio of strategic clinical relationships, encouraging interest, study, support, and acceptance of products and services in the marketplace.
  6. You will report to the SVP and Head of International Business Unit Haematology.
