We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales & Partnerships Specialist to help us expand our presence in luxury department stores, independent boutiques, and through strategic collaborations. This is a fully remote position, ideal for someone with a passion for luxury goods, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and reach out to potential luxury department stores and independent boutiques in Europe and the Middle East.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, store managers, and decision-makers.
  3. Develop and execute strategies to secure retail partnerships and collaborations.
  4. Represent Maison Sirafe’s brand and values, emphasizing our unique selling points like sustainability, craftsmanship, and cultural heritage.
  5. Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with retail partners.
  6. Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for retail partners.
  7. Track and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for growth.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the luxury goods or fashion industry.
  2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  3. Fluency in English is required; French is a plus.
  4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  5. Familiarity with European and Middle Eastern luxury markets is highly desirable.
  6. A passion for artisan craftsmanship and luxury products.
