Responsibilities Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, especially Global Trade Compliance, to optimize supply chain processes and implement workflows that reduce costs and mitigate compliance risks Use statistical analysis, NLP and machine learning techniques to extract meaning from unstructured data and perform advanced text analysis Streamline internal and external supply chain reporting processes to ensure compliance and drive efficiency Develop and maintain supply chain models to support decision making Foster data literacy within the organization by providing training and mentorship to other teams across the company Measure and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess supply chain performance Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Communicate and present data-driven analyses and recommendations to colleagues across multiple hierarchy levels Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in supply chain and especially trade compliance analytics Qualifications Academic degree in Natural Science, Data Science, Business Analytics or related field of study Several years of work experience in a data-related field or supply chain management Technical skills in BI and visualization (SAC, PowerBI) and knowledge in programming (e.g. Python, KNIME, etc.) Knowledge in SAP, Machine Learning, AI and project management is a plus Well-structured, data driven, analytical, detail-oriented and communicative, with a collaborative mindset across multicultural teams Knowledge in trade compliance topics and regulations is a plus Fluent in English; German is an advantage Our Offer to You Flexible working hours (depending on the role), a hybrid work model, and a wide portfolio of training opportunities 40-hour work week with at least 25 vacation days per year, plus 4 to 7 additional days off between bank holidays Free parking and direct access to public transport Healthy lunches cooked onsite at our own METTLER TOLEDO restaurant, with special prices for employees A range of additional attractive benefits, including employee discounts at select area businesses You can expect challenging, interesting, and varied tasks in an innovative and international environment, with the opportunity to network globally and achieve your career goals.
