Deine Aufgaben- Du sammelst und analysierst internationale Markttrends sowie Kundenbedürfnisse im Bereich Tubenmaschinen und schaffst damit die Basis für innovative Lösungen und Produkte, die auf zukünftige Marktanforderungen ausgerichtet sind.
- In engster Zusammenarbeit mit unserem globalen Verkaufsteam entwickelst du bestehende und neue Produkte gezielt weiter, um diese optimal an die Kunden- und Marktanforderungen der Zukunft anzupassen.
- Du führst detaillierte Wettbewerbsanalysen hinsichtlich Produkttechnologie, Preispolitik und Zielmärkte in dezidierten Branchen und Ländern durch.
- Du erarbeitest Massnahmen zur Optimierung der Service- und Marktbearbeitungsstrategie und baust die Beziehungen zu Brand Owners weiter aus.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering, R&D, Service und Marketing treibst du die Weiterentwicklung unseres Produktportfolios voran.
- Eine technische Ausbildung auf HF- oder FH-Stufe, eine betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung idealerweise im Bereich Product Management gibt dir das nötige Fundament.
- Zudem bringst du Erfahrung im Product Management oder Business Development vorzugsweise in der Maschinenbau- und/oder Verpackungsindustrie mit.
- Fliessende und überzeugende Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch sowie sehr gute SAP-Kenntnisse gehören zu deinen Stärken.
- Mit deiner gewinnenden Ausstrahlung und hohen Eigenmotivation treibst du Projekte mit Durchsetzungsvermögen und einer guten Portion Hartnäckigkeit voran.
- Dein analytisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen hilft dir, mehrere Aufgaben und Projekte parallel zu bearbeiten und lösungsorientiert umzusetzen.
- Eine neu geschaffene Funktion mit viel Handlungs- und Gestaltungsspielraum.
