To strengthen our Global Acidulants Category Team in Basel we are looking for a
Product Manager (F/M) for the Product Group Citrics.

Responsibilities: As part of the Acidulants Team you will report to the Senior Director of Product Management Citrics. In this interface position between sales and production you will enjoy intense contacts to diverse teams such as our international sales team, our production plants, quality management, strategic marketing, technical support and communications. You will be located at the headquarter of a successful, medium-sized and family-owned company in Basel, in the attractive "border triangle" of France, Germany and Switzerland. Your key responsibilities will be:
- Product management for specific markets or product types
- Co-ordination of volumes and prices between sales and production
- Support of our production teams with relevant planning information
- Monitoring and analysis of sales
- Monthly/quarterly reporting and regular internal newsletters
- Organisation of internal meetings
- Market analysis and competition monitoring in cooperation with our strategic marketing
- Management of inventories and material codes
- Support of our international sales team with product specific information as well as the calculation of global offers
- BSc, MSc or similar education in Business or Natural Sciences
- Professional experience in a similar field preferred
- Flair for organisation, co-ordination and business management
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage complex interdisciplinary tasks
- Good command of MS Office, especially Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
