Job Description Proactive and efficient support of Relationship Managers in building our business with sophisticated international wealth managers and multi‑family offices Independent receipt and processing of securities, foreign exchange and derivatives transactions in Avaloq Independent and speedy handling of day‑to‑day business as well as independent client interaction (pending case management, correspondence, account opening, etc.) Supporting asset managers in general banking transactions Taking on organizational and administrative tasks independently to relieve the relationship managers (office management: business trips, agenda management, presentations, correspondence) Requirements Banking or commercial apprenticeship with practical experience in private banking Knowledge of regulatory framework conditions in the international private banking business (cross‑border rules, MiFID, AML etc.) Committed and proactive personality Strong client orientation and service orientation with the highest standards of quality and reliability Empathetic, outgoing personality with cultivated manners and very good communication skills Fluency in written and spoken German and English Contact Information For further information please do not hesitate to contact us.
