For one of our clients, we are looking for a Relationship Manager Assistant in 100% permanent contract and based in Zurich. The collaborator will join the CIS Desk of the Private Bank. Relationship Manager Assistant RUS / ENG 100% (m / f)Our client is a well-established Swiss boutique private bank in Switzerland and in other international financial places. MissionsIntegration the CIS Desk ;Supporting Private Bankers in their daily business ;Answering to all the requests to the HNWI / UHNWI clients by email, phone or face-to-face ;Opening and closing banking accounts ;Cash management, transfers, payment orders ;Handling and monitoring stock exchange orders, Forex transactions, fiduciary relationships, loans and credit card ;KYC documentation ;Preparing the necessary documentation for client meetings and business trips ;Expense reports ;Client reporting and management reporting ;Providing administrative support to the team ;Participation in the day to day in the office.Profil du candidatBanking training or University Degree ;Similar experience as Relationship Manager Assistant in a CIS Desk in private banking, wealth management or family office in Switzerland ;Good knowledge of financial markets and financial instruments ;Very good language skills in Russian and in English ;German language is an asset ; Rigorous, methodic & professional.
