Description du poste Votre mission principale sera d’agir comme un réfèrent et mentor technique pour l’équipe, pour toutes les tâches et activités liées au Service Client. Vous contribuerez à établir et développer des relations durables avec nos clients à travers la création d’expériences positives et significatives. Vous aurez la charge d’assurer une expérience client et d’accompagner l’équipe de vente dans les mises à taille des bracelets, les réglages simples en boutique, ainsi que les conseils techniques; A l’aide de vos compétences techniques horlogères, vous assurezla prise en charge, le suivi et le rendu des réparations des montres Audemars Piguet en coordination avec les différents Services Clients et les clients; Vous réaliserez des pré-diagnostics permettant d’identifier les dysfonctionnements et d’effectuer des interventions simples; Vous serez responsable du suivi mensuel des inventaires de composants horlogers, ainsi que de la gestion des montres SAV prêtes à être remises aux clients; Enfin, vous apporterez une expertise technique aux membres de l’équipe et aux clients de la Boutique et les aiderez à développer leurs connaissances techniques horlogères. Qualifications Vous êtes au bénéfice d’une formation technique ainsi que d’un minimum de 5 ans d’expérience dans l’horlogerie, un domaine connexe ou au sein d’un Service Client. Une expérience administrative en service après-vente ainsi que la détention d’un certificat d’horlogerie constituent des atouts supplémentaires. Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils informatiques et avez utilisé un ERP dans vos expériences passées. D’excellente présentation, vous êtes à l’écoute des clients. Doté d’un fort esprit d’équipe, vous aimez transmettre votre passion de l’horlogerie. Vous maîtrisez le français et l’anglais à l’oral et à l’écrit. Vous avez d’excellentes capacités relationnelles.
