You have the trust of others.Responsible for expanding SDM’s digital marketing strategy and web presence, Webinars, developing and implementing new electronic marketing campaigns, creating innovative marketing approaches, and managing U.S. and Global Communities marketing communications, both external and internal.SummaryWe’re seeking a high energy and self-motivated team member who is excited by the opportunity to play a pivotal role in furthering SDM’s position globally in Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging. You are energized by the entrepreneurial spiritYou would be responsible for creating and implementing integrated marketing and communications strategies for external and internal audiences. This includes understanding the desired customer experience, developing engaging content for multiple channels, supporting community outreach and engagement, organizing customer/employee events, and managing employee communication activities.Position ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute downstream marketing strategies that support commercial growth and product utilization across EMEA markets.Collaborate with sales to create tools, training, and messaging that enable field teams and distributors to effectively position and sell Spectrum Dynamics products.Create marketing content and collateral including customer profiles, brochures, value propositions, customer case studies, sales presentations, videos, and web content.Partner with clinical teams to promote real-world evidence, publications, and best practices from key customer sites.Manage customer engagement programs such as user group meetings, webinars, product demonstrations, and KOL development.Monitor product performance in the market, gather customer insights, and recommend improvements to messaging and customer experience.Work cross-functionally with product development teams, applications, clinical, and service teams to ensure consistent messaging and market alignment.Analyze marketing program effectiveness, customer adoption trends, and return on marketing investment (ROMI).Lead product launch planning and implementation for feature enhancements and platform updates (e.g., AI-based applications, workflow improvements).Understanding and knowledge of the different reimbursement and payment models in the EMEA regions.Experiences, Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesMust have broad based knowledge of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging.BA or BS in marketing, communication, public relations or relevant field, MBA preferred.5+ years of experience in downstream/product marketing, mandatory in medical devices, diagnostic imaging and nuclear medicine.Exceptional project management skills, collaborative team player able to support multiple business priorities and tight deadlines.Help with Tenders and RFPs and developing lock out specifications.Proven track record of executing successful product launches and sales support initiatives.Strong customer-centric focus, with a proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels of an organization.Experience in planning and executing internal communications.Exceptional writing and storytelling skills (written and verbal).Experience overseeing the design and production of print materials, publications, digital marketing materials and social media campaigns.Strong attention to detail.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional, global environment.Willingness to travel (approx. 25-30%).Fluent French and English.ApplicationsPlease submit job applications by email to HR@spectrum-dynamics.com #J-18808-Ljbffr
