Working with an extensive network of partners and business development offices in Europe, the USA, Asia and the Middle East, we offer comprehensive, fully customized solutions for the maintenance, repair and overhaul of aircraft engines, airframes and components, as well as sales of components to over 500 customers worldwide. Our mission: We safely power your flight. Responsibilities Lead and project manage repair introduction projects for PW1100G, Leap‑1A/-1B, PW4000 and CFM56 engines. Select and implement innovative technologies that future‑proof existing customer fleets. Interface with OEMs for technical repair data, facilitate repair introduction, perform make‑or‑buy analysis and manage interactions for source demonstrations and industrialization projects. Responsible for First Article Inspection and release to Operations. Prepare and present initial data package based on EASA Part 145 for repair decision. Provide support to Quality, Process Engineering and Tooling Engineering during process audit. Profile Experience leading simple and complex projects and delivering on quality, in budget and on time. Proactive, positive and flexible character with a strong execution mentality and ability to energise a team. Experience in a manufacturing, operations or engineering environment, preferably in MRO and aerospace or similar manufacturing technologies. Experience in project management, lean and quality methodologies. Engineering degree (EQF Level 6 or Level 7) or equivalent experience in similar industries.
