Role Overview As a Repair Project Engineering you will be responsible for the introduction of engine part repair projects into operations in accordance with the agreed project plan and allocated budget. You will coordinate all activities and aim to ensure that everything runs smoothly on quality, in budget and on time. You will lead the industrialisation of products in close collaboration with other functions in Operations, Process Engineering, Tool and Equipment Engineering, Shop Engineering, Machine Maintenance, and external vendors. Responsibilities Lead and project‑manage repair introduction projects for PW1100G, Leap‑1A/-1B, PW4000 and CFM56 engines. Select and implement innovative technologies to future‑prove capability for existing customer fleets. Interface with OEMs for technical repair data, facilitate source demonstrations and manage industrialisation projects. Oversee first‑article inspection and release to Operations. Prepare and present initial data package based on EASA Part 145 for repair decision. Provide support to Quality, Process Engineering and Tooling Engineering during process audits. Qualifications Experience leading complex projects, delivering on quality, in‑budget and on‑time outcomes. Proactive, positive, flexible character with strong execution mentality and ability to energise a team. Experience in a manufacturing, operations or engineering environment, preferably in the MRO and aerospace sector. Experience in project management, lean and quality methodologies. Engineering degree (EQF Level 6 or Level 7) or equivalent experience. Fluent in English (Level C1); German (Level B1) is an advantage.
