OBJECTIF DU POSTE:
Le Commis de Cuisine participe à la préparation d’une ou plusieurs parties du menu ou de la carte sous le contrôle d’un supérieur hiérarchique. Il s’assure que tous les ingrédients sont mis en place pour chaque service. Il gère la disposition des mets sur les plats prêts à être envoyés en salle.
FONCTIONS ESSENTIELLES:
- Etre capable de suivre les procédures vestimentaires.
- Etre capable de préparer les menus du restaurant selon les lignes directrices et les standards de la chaîne Four Seasons.
- Etre capable de respecter et d’arranger les demandes des serveurs concernant les goûts des clients, leurs préférences et leurs envies.
- Etre capable de traiter et de faire une rotation des menus, selon les procédures établies.
- Etre capable de faire des demandes de tous les articles nécessaires pour le jour suivant, avec l’appui du Responsable en Cuisine.
- Etre capable de maintenir son lieu de travail propre, soigné et organisé en respectant les standards.
- Etre capable de travailler étroitement avec les recettes standards et les présentations des plats afin de maintenir les standards de qualité de production et de présentation.
- Etre capable de maintenir une ligne de communication avec les superviseurs.
- Etre capable de faire face à toute situation d’urgence, en terme de sécurité, au sein de l’hôtel.
- Etre capable d’effectuer toute autre tâche ou projet assigné par la Direction, par un cadre ou par un employé.
- Etre capable d’être attesté dans les services sanitaires.
- Etre capable d’avoir des connaissances des standards Four Seasons concernant la nourriture.
- Appliquer et maîtriser les standards de qualité liés à votre fonction.
- Etre capable de nettoyer correctement son poste après avoir stocké et étiqueté la nourriture avec précision.

Swiss Nationality, Swiss residency authorization or EU citizen will be considered only.
PRE REQUIS:
- Expérience de 1 à 2 ans de métier dans des restaurants similaires ou en hôtellerie de luxe de restauration similaire.
- Excellente lecture, écriture et compétence orale du français et de l’anglais.
