Main Mission

The visual merchandiser has a blend of creativity, strategy, and collaboration You will play a critical role in shaping the shopping experience and driving sales through impactful displays and well-thought-out product placements.

You will engage VM activities for both the Geneva boutique and ski resort locations in Switzerland and France, ensuring that all displays align with Moncler's standards.

Key responsibilities

• Consistency and Quality: Ensuring that the visual presentation aligns with brand standards across multiple locations.
• Contributing to the setup of window displays and in-store visual merchandising setups, including mannequins and styling, to create an attractive shopping environment.
• Identifying and nurturing VM talents within the store, training them, and fostering a network of VM Majors to enhance overall visual merchandising efforts.
• Strategically planning the layout and flow of the stores to highlight key products and optimize the customer journey.
• Collaboration: Working closely with the store team, Retail merchandising and Allocations department to execute visual merchandising plans effectively.
• Train the store team on visual merchandising principles to maintain high standards and develop skills and knowledge needed to implement in-store visual merchandising techniques and adhere to guidelines.
• Overseeing the management of VM tools to ensure that the necessary resources are available and maintained.
• Regularly visiting boutiques to provide feedback and advice, ensuring alignment with the global VM strategy.
• Addressing areas for improvement in visited stores and implementing necessary changes to optimize results.

Expect to spend about 70% of your working time traveling between various boutiques and ski resort locations in Switzerland and France. This requires excellent time management and organizational skills and a valid driving license is essential for commuting between the different locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Arts & Design, Fashion…
• 2 years’ working experience preferably acquired as Regional Visual Merchandiser in luxury fashion industry
• Expertise of the Ski resorts area and passion for this unique environment
• Enthusiastic team player, willing to work in an international atmosphere
• Driven to achieve results, a self-starter who works well on own initiative
• Rigorous with excellent attention to details
• Highly organized, self-motivated and multitasker
• Proactive, flexible and agile, able to bring new creative ideas
• Eager to learn and take new challenges
• Detailed knowledge and sensibility of the product and industry preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill are essential.
• A true passion for retail, products, design, customer experience, Fashion and Luxury
• Fluent in French and English and Proficient in MS Office (Photoshop, InDesign will be a plus)
