Your objective is to proactively build a portfolio of clients, along with finding, negotiating, recommending, and selling the best flight options on the market to our customers while being part of a new dynamic department carrying on the growth of the company.
Responsibilities include:
- Building strong relationships with clients, providers, and operators.
- Prospecting and developing the company portfolio through proactive cold calling sessions.
- Maintaining the utmost standard of bespoke service before, during, and after the flight.
- Monitoring all flights carefully on a day-to-day basis, including outside of office hours.
- Supervising the check-in of your flights and meeting your clients at the airport.

Requirements:
- You are a motivated and dynamic person looking to join the next generation of LunaJets Brokers.
- Client-focused with a high sense of responsibility.
- A self-starter and self-learner who is not afraid to think outside the box and is a strong team player.
- Very organized, flexible, and able to multitask (cold calls, flight briefs, negotiations, client meetings) while working under high pressure.
- You have an undergraduate degree (Bachelor, Diploma, etc.), preferably in business, aviation, hospitality, yachting, or real estate, and possess a very good knowledge of the luxury industry.
- No aviation experience required.
- Perfect fluency in English is a must; other languages are highly appreciated.
- Keen on delivering the highest possible customer service.
