We at Lido strive for "building integrated solutions that airlines use to run safer missions at lower cost". Together with our global customer base we build flight planning and navigation solutions commercial airlines use to manage their daily flight operation.

Lido seeks a Head of Engineering. A tech leader with experience in critical applications and building effective product organizations.

In your role, you’ll set engineering best practices and the organizational framework. You’ll plan and execute transformations at all levels. You’ll lead Lido’s engineering organization across all locations, ensuring continuous innovation.

  • Define and communicate Lido’s technical strategy, architecture, and roadmap
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Oversee all aspects of the development lifecycle, including strategic planning, design/architecture, development, delivery, and maintenance
  • Lead a team of 350+ smart, skilled and passionate engineers across FRA, GDR, ZRH, and PCT
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the engineering organization
  • Maintain technical excellence by promoting best practices and quality assurance
  • Drive continuous technology innovation: AI deployment, cloud usage, and engineering process improvement
  • Manage the budget and non-financial KPIs for your area
