Quality Manager

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Quality Manager to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of a comprehensive quality management system (QMS) to ensure product and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Development, implementation, and monitoring of quality management systems in accordance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
2. Ensuring compliance with quality standards in all areas of the company.
3. Conducting internal audits and preparing for external audits.
4. Analyzing quality data, identifying potential for improvement, and developing measures for process optimization.
5. Training and sensitizing employees with regard to quality standards and processes.
6. Close cooperation with the production, development, and purchasing departments to ensure product quality.
7. Processing customer complaints and initiating corrective measures.
8. Preparation of reports and reporting to the Head of QHSE.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Completed studies in engineering, natural sciences, or a comparable qualification.
2. Experience in quality management.
3. Sound knowledge of common QM methods and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, FMEA, 8D methodology).
4. Experience in conducting audits and creating documentation.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. High communication skills and team orientation.
7. Fluent written and spoken German and English.
8. Familiarity with MS Office, IT affinity.
9. Knowledge of sustainability (ISO standard 14001) is considered an advantage.
10. Willingness for further qualification.
