To strengthen our team, we are looking for a skilled and dynamic Project Manager to join our team. Based in our headquarters in Brugg, Switzerland, this role offers the opportunity to manage high-impact projects, contributing to the delivery of cutting-edge solutions that power critical infrastructures worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  2. Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, resource requirements, and milestones.
  3. Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential project constraints and challenges.
  4. Allocate resources effectively to support project activities, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
  5. Coordinate with department managers to ensure adequate staffing levels and resource availability.
  6. Monitor resource utilization throughout the project lifecycle, making adjustments as necessary to optimize efficiency.
  7. Lead project teams in executing project plans according to established timelines and quality standards.
  8. Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, address issues, and provide updates to stakeholders.
  9. Implement project management best practices to mitigate risks, resolve conflicts, and ensure adherence to project goals.
  10. Establish quality control measures to monitor and evaluate project deliverables for compliance with specifications and standards.
  11. Implement corrective actions as needed to address deviations from quality requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
  12. Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
  13. Develop project budgets in collaboration with finance and accounting teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial targets.
  14. Monitor project expenditures and track costs against budget allocations. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize project spending without compromising quality or performance.
  15. Maintain open and transparent communication channels with project stakeholders, including internal teams, customers, suppliers, and external partners.
  16. Provide regular project status updates, progress reports, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
  17. Address stakeholder concerns and inquiries promptly, seeking feedback to enhance project outcomes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Master’s degree preferred.
  3. Proven experience in project management, preferably within the electrical manufacturing industry.
  4. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control standards, and regulatory requirements.
  5. Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Agile).
  6. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  8. Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
  9. Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
