  3. Coordination et contrôle des processus internes dans l'administration, promotion et développement de mesures visant à garantir les normes de qualité de la maison mère et de la holding
  4. Direction des ventes ainsi que développement d’actions de marketing et de promotions de vente, suivi personnel des grands comptes
  5. Coordination et contrôle des activités d'achat pour un approvisionnement, une disponibilité et un stockage optimaux des marchandises
  6. Communication avec la société mère SpanSet SA à Oetwil am See / ZH et avec la holding SpanSet Inter SA à Wollerau / SZ

Votre profil :

  1. Diplôme de commerce ou études dans le domaine commercial ou du management
  2. Expérience de gestion - de préférence dans une PME active dans un secteur technique
  3. Aime l’interaction avec les clients et éprouve une grande satisfaction à résoudre leurs problèmes techniques
  4. Personnalité dynamique, habituée à penser et agir de manière entrepreneuriale, autonome et structurée avec capacité de motiver les collaborateurs
  5. Connaissances techniques (possiblement dans le domaine du levage)
  6. Maîtrise des outils informatiques et grande affinité digitale
  7. Langue maternelle française, avec de bonnes connaissances de l’allemand (indispensable) et de l’anglais
