Job Type Temporary Business Process Manager 6-12 Month Assignment Location: Remote (U.S. Only) This is a fully remote position with 75% travel, but applicants must be based in the United States and authorized to work in the U.S. Southern Home Services is a residential HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical company that acquires, owns, and operates businesses around the United States. Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Process Manager to lead the analysis, design, and optimization of our organizational processes. Key Responsibilities Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement Design and implement streamlined workflows to enhance productivity and operational effectiveness Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop process solutions Monitor process performance metrics and recommend adjustments to optimize outcomesLead process improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or BPMN Document process changes and ensure proper communication and training across departments Support change management initiatives to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in process management Other Duties as assigned Skills And Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; advanced certifications preferred Proven experience in process management, business analysis, or operations improvement Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Proficiency with process modeling tools and software (e.g., Visio, Bizagi, ARIS) Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Leadership skills with a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams The Physical Requirements Of This Job Include Perform work while sitting and/or standing at an individual work station or office Communicate verbally via phone or other communication device Ability to stand, walk and sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone Use hands to type, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms Occasionally stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 10 pounds Work is usually performed in an indoor office environment Benefits Competitive salary Opportunities for professional growth and development Collaborative and supportive work environment Exciting projects and challenges Opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a growing company This is an exempt position.
