Senior Research Associate @ Proclinical Staffing - DACH | Life Sciences Engineering & Manufacturing Step into a pivotal role at a global contract manufacturing organisation and help shape the future of healthcare engineering. Proclinical is seeking a Process Engineer to support the development, enhancement, and implementation of systems that optimize service or production processes. This role focuses on ensuring efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness in process design and manufacturing systems. Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport. Responsibilities Develop and implement systems to improve efficiency across all phases of service or production processes. Oversee process design projects, ensuring safe and efficient operations for product or service production. Design processes and equipment aligned with budgetary constraints and cost-effectiveness. Evaluate existing processes, recommend improvements, and configure manufacturing systems to reduce costs, enhance sustainability, and boost productivity, quality, and profitability. Establish best practices within the production process. Implement methods and process designs, create prototypes, conduct testing, and make necessary modifications as needed. Key Skills and Requirements Proficiency in process design and optimization. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to evaluate and improve existing processes for better efficiency and sustainability. Experience in creating and testing prototypes with a focus on continuous improvement.
