Key Responsibilities Ensure that operational activities for clinical and/or commercial manufacturing are performed on‑time and within given safety and quality standards. Act as the functional lead for preparation, manufacturing execution, cleaning and changeover in the assigned area. Lead one or more defined USP areas (e.g., seed train, main cultivation or harvest) for the production of therapeutic proteins using mammalian expression systems. Be in charge of one or more defined DSP areas (e.g., gain, polishing or filling) for the purification of therapeutic proteins from mammalian expression systems. Key Requirements Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering, Biochemistry or a related Life Science subject, or a Bachelor’s holder with experience in pharma production. Knowledge in either USP (e.g., bioreactors) or DSP units (e.g., chromatography). Several years of biomanufacturing experience. GMP experience and a strong understanding of bioprocess technology. Excellent communication skills in English; German skills are an advantage. We respect and protect our people and their environments.
