Quality Specialist Location: Bern Duration: 9 months contract role - starting in Jan 2026 Hours: 40 hours 100% onsite Essential: Previous pharmaceutical industry experience is essential (min 2 years), GMP, fluent in English & conversational German (ideally), ability to start in January 2026 The role Imagine your next project as a Quality Specialist, based in Bern. You will be involved in: Accountable for processes / systems / assays validation. Supporting Quality Operations planning and KPIs Ensuring compliance of operational / process documents / maintenance / calibration Compliance of non-conformances and corrective/preventive action records Supporting the site / organization objectives / projects, proactively bring solutions / communicating within and out of Quality Operations Leading and supporting continuous improvement in alignment with Quality Principles, Credo and Leadership Imperatives, act as a back-up / deputy according to Quality Operations structure roles and responsibilities Validated processes / systems / assays according to regulations and standards Proactively report / deliver to project Review / approval of maintenance / calibration records and master data Ensure Quality Operations KPIs are maintained Issue / Review / approve operational / process documents Deliver proactive Quality support to site / organizations considering timelines, cost reductions and EHS how to succeed Performance measurement Delivery on annual goals & objectives, guided by Our Credo and Leadership Imperatives You will also bring: Education & Experience Minimum Master in Engineering / Pharmaceutical Sciences / Biology Preferred - Natural and biopharmaceutical sciences Knowledge in GMP essential Previous experience in Validation, System maintenance / calibration English fluent, german nice to have Previous Pharmaceutical experience Knowledge in biological manufacturing processes /Sciences Knowledge in project management Decision maker Customer oriented benefits This role offers a very competitive hourly rate. you are welcome here.
